Ajax Clock Joomla Module Web2.0 Style
 Excellent, August 21, 2007

Ajax Clock Joomla Module Web2.0 Style I've used it to create a nice looking clock.

To get different sizes, all you need to do is edit the graphics in the /modules/clock/images/ folder, and the flickering disappears after the first 10 seconds when the images are loading into cache.

A great alternative if you don't want to use flash.

Niftybox and Niftycolumn
 Really Neat, August 9, 2007

Niftybox and Niftycolumn I'm very impressed, the only thing I had to change was a bit of the code from valign=top to valign=\"top\" on line 276 of mambot/content/niftybox.php to prevent it breaking W3C validation.

Otherwise it looks great, and I can see myself using it loads.

Arabic العربية Joomla! Accredited Translation
A Huge Help, One Quick Solution, November 14, 2006

Arabic العربية This was a great help when setting up a site for a new client.

However, IE doesn't like the language files when using the admin, it scrambled up Arabic to strange characters.

I found adding:
AddDefaultCharset windows-1256

to your .htaccess file sorted it out though.

Thanks for a great contribution!
