Downloaded, installed and configured in about 30 minutes time. Everything worked flawlessly. I'm using Godaddy and had no problems. I tried both FTP'ing of pics and using the upload feature, both worked as expected. The video part is misleading in that it will only play flash movies and not other kind of movie files that I could see. Maybe that is all that it was designed to do, I don't know.
Overall I give this an excellent rating and recommend it highly. Keep up the good work Josh.

GMaps should really be called "Mapping For Dummies" because it's that simple to utilize. Once you read through the documentation you can get a map up and running in no time. I already can see great things for this feature on my websites. For the real dummies (like me) out there that install this extension, you just have to include the tag {mosgmap mapid=?}in your content document. Change the "?" to the ID number of the map you want displayed and start adjusting the other features. Thanks Chris for building this extension

Installed everything and it works as advertised. The only thing I noticed that it would generated an error message if you cut and paste the text into the code section. Manual typing it in worked like it was suppose to. Other than that, I love it.

Install icons on the control panel for frequently used tools. This is really a nice feature. Install easily, works well. Highly recommend for backend users.

As a noob to Joomla, I found the overall install to be confusing. Since I'm still not fluent in Joomla it took a lot of experimenting to get everything set up. However, after getting eventCal installed it looks great Had trouble figuring out how to get the add button to link in but finally worked my way through it. Might be helpful to add some basic instructions in the end user manual to cover this for noobs. Look forward to getting my site into production and using the calender. Thanks to the development team for providing this extension.
