Plugin Googlemaps
Excellent and friendly support!, August 22, 2007

Plugin Googlemaps I tried this plugin and it worked perfectly & was simple to install & use. Had a problem unique to my site, the text in the infowindow was white against white. Didn't want to change my template css, so asked Mike what to do. He responded immediately with a revamped version of the plugin, and instructions. It now works properly on my site. Thanks Mike!

Google Maps API
Indispensable for my site!, June 11, 2007

Google Maps API I use this extension to catalogue horse trails & trailheads. It would be hard to think of a better tool than this! Reading here, I see that some are unhappy with the Google ads, so I went to have a look in my admin. Realized that I have been using this extension since last August and hadn't even noticed that there were any ads until it was pointed out here.
Thank you for this great extension. If I can help by mentioning the minor difficulties I have had, it is that the extension is very "fussy" about co-existing with other extensions (especially mambots, it seems) which use java. I have had to uninstall a few of these to keep the Google Maps API working. A caution to Firefox users, remember to check out your site in IE after installing new mambots! Most of the time the conflicts only affect IE.

Jom Comment
 First Class!, December 12, 2006

Jom Comment After trying all the other comment systems, I purchased Jom Comment. It is the best of the bunch for my purpose. Support is excellent. I have zero complaints or issues.
For my use it would be nice if the RSS feed had an "All Comments" option rather than each comment having it's own individual feed.
