Easy to install, easy to use.

JoomLeague
 Very good!, March 11, 2007

JoomLeague I was waiting for this componnent for a while now. Does really the work described.

The only negative thing is, in my opinion, this "front end" link stuff. It would be better to be able to create a menu item that links to a particular part of the componnent. If you need to show a "club" info for example, than you should go to the componnent website, look for how the link is done & modify it so that it works on your website.

Great potentiel but..., March 11, 2007

Excellent idea even though we don't really know from where it gets its results.

Some majour improvements should be done in my opinion:

1. More options on the front end: which league is shown by default, which country you decide to show which not: there is no need to put some 100 countries if you just need a couple of them.

2. Admin should also be able to customize its CSS so it fits into the website look.

3. Language: it doesn't support languages and I can't see anyway to do it.

4. The link back to your website. Why not a "commercial" version which would remove this link.

I didn't take a look to the module code source but the way it is done suggests that is not done in a very very "clean" way.

So in conclusion: great potentiel but a lot of work has to be done before it gets to a mature stage.

LMO - Joomla! It is a pretty good component especially for those administrating sport website.

Some problems though, I have some problems configuration all the modules provided as I can't find any documentation.

An other point is the predictiongame part which doesn't work.

Good luck
