MosCmenuTree
 Great!, December 25, 2006

This is one hell of a module!
I've used to create a tree and it did the best job that everything else I've tried. It is very easy to config and very easy to hack and modify.

The only downfall is that it is not very easy though to create your own dhtml menus, because you will need to alter the code behind the module, it won;t do it for you. After all it is a module, not a component.
The default styles look great though.

This module is specifically useful to people that want to create tree menus. It does a fantastic job. Moreover it creates menus automatically based on section, or category ids.

Great work! Highly recomended.

Simple Javascript Menu ...and works like a charm.
in order to modify it you have to change the css values and the included images.

It is simple, and does what it promises. Click and expand in a tree like fashion

Too hard to create dtrees, December 25, 2006

Trying to make dtree work has been a nightmare! In the end I just went with another option.

The author has put a lot of effort in this plugin, but unfortunatelly it seriously lacks in documentation, if you try to understand what the info boxes tell you inside the configuration options of the module then I suggest you try your abilities at MENSA!

And if I am not mistaken the only help desk resides at a very long thread in this site's forums.

It really needs better documentation.
