I have had the chat for quite some time and while I was reluctant to pay for a chat, I feel that it was a sound investment for my site. I have not had any issues with it. I have had some problems with the shout out module that goes with it and when I have asked for support, I got it promptly.

I sometimes forget to tell the peeps who work so hard on this stuff, how good their products are. This plugin is efficient, when I had some settings issue, the developer went into my backend and fixed it and told me what I had set wrong. I really like this plugin because it saves me so much time. All new members are personally greeted by me the minute they log into the site for the first time and I can also direct them to important areas of the site by this automated greeting. So this is a good plugin and I have received great support as well from Nant.

I followed the instructions--- but for one thing it requires global reg on, the instructions tells you to create a main menu link which does not make any sense at all when it is embedded on all pages, the interface appears with an error that says undefined -- well I could go on.... I have contacted them and have not received any help to make this component work, and I paid for it.

I tried almost all the chats listed here, and while some worked on my home server; they didn't work as well up on my hosts server. This was easy to install, is fast, and easy to configure. I did modify it a little because I did not like one feature. But over all I am sighing with relief. It has smilies, etc.....

One thing I would like to see is that the scrolling would not scroll up and cover up the area where the input text area is.
Currently I have to scroll to it and I don't like that. However all else works fine! Thanks!!
