EZ Realty I have tested the three major real estate products for joomla, namely Hot Property, Open Realty, EZ Realty.

All have their benefits, in particular Open Realty's customisable searchable field creation. However for converting viewings on the website to leads, which it is all ultimately about, EZ Realty wins. It does so with a clear content area, simple and attractive.

Furthermore behind the wheel of EZRealty is a committed professional, who will do her best to incorporate all features required by its users.

 A must have, February 21, 2007

Joomla SEF Patch The Joomla SEF patch, in my opinion, should be included as part of the joomla core pack.

I have created websites using simple html, and found with joomla that the META title and description capabilities let me down.

Running this patch, along with OpenSEF has allowed me to try and recreate what I had with by basic, but precise HTML websites.
