DS-Syndicate seemed like it would be the answer to my one qualm with every other syndication component available: the ability to syndicate content as HTML with images and links.

And it almost works, but images do not (the image paths are missing the slash between the .com and images, so the path is displayed as .comimages-that's no good). Worse, the official support site Joomlafun.com has been down for weeks, so there is nowhere to turn for support. I could have it misconfigured for all I know, but have no clue how to properly configure it.

In other words, this component is almost perfect, but this one little issue is really hurting it's usefulness.

A side note...if I define my sites Live Site url with a trailing / , the component does properly display images. However, it causes the rest of the site to break. So, that's no good.

The module installs easily and works fine...however, the BlogRush network is still very immature and is experiencing a lot of issues. Hopefully the BlogRush team will get all of the kinks worked out so that the service actually works as well as it should.

I can't believe I JUST discovered Bookmarks. It's great, easy to figure out, and crammed with features. It's now one of my favorite components. Way to go!

mod_html is by far one of the most useful modules I have used during development of many Joomla sites. I use it for lots and lots of different uses.

The only bug I've found is that the module seems to interpret hidden CR characters in the HTML source as actual line breaks. I wish it would just automatically trim those characters off so that I don't have to worry about them affecting the appearance of various items. I found this when implementing a Google site search button and had tons of extra whitespace in the module. Removing the CR characters fixed the issue, but does make the html a little harder to view.

Other than that minor bug, this is a great great module.
