After reading the documentation several times, I had no success with operating this. However, the only way to uninstall it it to basically reinstall my whole system.

It never functioned, telling me I was could not assign a member to a permission because I was not a Super Admin. (That is not correct). So, it never worked.

Proceed with caution. Do not use this on a live site, test it first. Back up your files. Read the directions.

If you have any forms to build, don't hesitate to purchase this one. It was recommended to me by another developer, and he was correct. Phil-a-Form literally saved me hours of work. The interface is intuitive, but there is also a good tutorial. Nice preview feature so you can see what is going on during the process. This will be a "must have" for all my Joomla sites. Not sure how I managed without it!
