A year ago I downloaded an early release but had problems that I was unable to fix and never used it. Now I downloaded the last release and work really well, also nice graphic. Very very nice component.

I have upgraded from joomlaboard to Fireboard, what i noticed apart of a better graphic is quite some annoying bugs.

1 I cant change anymore the ranking og my user because the image directory for the gif is not found, the drop down menu is blank and I cant for this reason save.

2) same for the smiles gif icons.

3) I think there is some hard coded part in the date and hours that is not in the language file and that add 's' english plural to the words and 'ago' at the end .
Since these are not on the language file I have no idea where they are cant find it.

IMportant the discuss bot work not as supposed , the jomlaboard one worked well, but this one add the post on the forum but does not add the count on the counter in the message, and even if you have created the first one it still say (0) and this way you will end with duplicate posts in the forum because it try to create one new thread every time with the same subject in place to add a post.

Very Hard top make it work with sh404SEF, because the whole user section need to have manually made redirects, and still you will have the new post section not working.

I think there is need of a bug fix at least for the discussbot and the ranking and smileys part.

For the rest is quite good.

So does this work or not on joomla 1.0.13?

Since it's not free and you have to also buy a third party license for a total of 150$ I suppose the less the dev can do is to update the situation, no one is going to buy something that could not work at all.

I have read the forum on the site and the support is basically null aswell.

I am using this great component on two of my websites and it work really well, with a search engine (youtube style) for the videos this will be awesome.
The admin is helpfull aswell, I had a minor issue with the donation due to me having used a test domain he helped me solving it and always answered my PM.

I used google map on one of my website to show hotel locations but this one is way easier to set and for some application is actually better and much simplest to use.

It's a great plugin, it work not only on the new posts but also on the old ones automatically.

The only doubt I have is when i click on one of the generated tags on the bottom of the article it link to the techorati page but it say:

There is nothing in the known universe tagged Clima e Metereologia

I dont understand this why happen the site has been spidered and the articles are there and are recognized in the content but the tags are not created on their site what I do wrong?

Well the module is ok but the quality of the traslation from google is not so great, i dont know but the translated pages really read quite funny...at least in italian.

*Editor note: Be aware that funny translations will be produced by Google, not this module.

It's really a nice addition to a site, I installed it and all went well it work but for some reason I cant get the autoslide function to work, I tryed to change the timing and all but it does not slide it just work manually cliking on the arrows.
I have the last Joomla installation stable 1.0.12.
