I have been receiving support from the makers of this component using the component for the last 3 months and it has not failed me once! The best support system for Joomla that I have yet seen. So good that I have purchased the component for my own sites and my clients sites.

Highly recommended for anyone who needs to provide a support/helpdesk function for their customers or members. Well worth the investment.

FIRSTLY: pay for the full version! It is well worth the money just for the support that is offered.

SECONDLY: I had a project for a client who wanted bells and whistles for membership levels. I looked at all the available components that claim to do what Juga does and finally decided it was Juga & AEC for me and my client. I then found that it did not do exactly what I wanted it to do...DON'T STOP READING HERE! I then contacted their support and asked for some customisation and help to install and within 12 hours I had what I needed. Admittedly it did cost me a small investment but it was worth every cent and my client is over the moon about his site.

It will be Juga for me every time when it comes to membership sites and defining access for particular users.

Great work - keep developing because your this component is one that will go far towrds improving the membership features of any site.

I highly recommend this component. It does what it claims to do. My only concern was that it did such a good job it was blocking visitors to my high traffic site. I am sure this is because I did not take the time to configure it properly. Always in a hurry. a couple of tweaks and we were back in business.

Good component all the same. Look forward to seeing more development in this area perhaps with an option to exclude the googlebot from the block list automatically.

I have tried all the newsletter components for Joomla and Acajoom just blows all the rest away. Have had many successful newsletter posts with great response. Their support has always been A+!!

The only thing I would like to see are some additional newsletter templates in the actual system or as a download. This would be a great bonus for all buyers!

Looking good for all those sports sites out there. I personally can see some great customisations for this one. Recommend at least a look for any owner of sports sites.

Finally a forum which fits into my sites without creating a mess. Highly recommend this forum for all sites especially those using the CB component.
