I just switched from Letterman to Acajoom.
Compare between them, I recommend Acajoom.
It runs smoother, contains more function, and support UTF-8.

I am using the v1.0.3, every features claimed by the author are working properly.

Instead of shopping cart, it is better to describe this component as a display menu of products, because it contained no cart/payment function. Therefore you must understand what you are expecting from this component, otherwise you may be disappointed.

I had use RAEmail 1.0.3 before which is written by the same author. I am happy to know that Member Care System even move a big step forward.
It is easy to install and use, recommend to give it a try.
Personally I love this component, another "must have" component beside JoomlaExplorer.

With JEvents + Attend Event, it is almost perfect.
I held a website of a dog club and frequently organize functions for our club members. JEvents allows members to see all our events and Attend Event make it possible for members to join our activities by submitting all customised information I need. This combination is much better than Akoreservation. Highly recommended.

I used the official Latest Subject module before, until I found this module has a lot better than the official one. One of the most important feature is that it can display the forum board's name. It is highly flexible to config.

The only bad is that it does not have a multi-tag function yet.

Just don't know why the author required us to edit the xml file for English version and not providing an English version of Easybook as an independent com_ file.

Attend Events did what I what.
It is too complicated for me to build application forms by using mosForms and FacileForms etc. Until I found Attend Events, it is well intergrated with Events and Community Builder. My users now can apply for the events in my Dog Club so easy.
Just 1 things I hope Attend Events can add, if there is no events available, a message "Currently no events available" should be displayed instead of nothing.

AJAX is one of my favour component/module. The author did respond to our features request. The lastest beta version now included:
- Public / Registered member mode (option to choose who can shout
- Realname / username display
However, this beta version is not completed.
- No need to add code to template file
Bugs:
- Cannot install directly, you must install 1.02 first and replace all files with 1.1 (Don't complain, see author's instruction first)
- Smiley do not work

Easy to install and use.

However, the sendemail part does not support utf-8 format by default.

You can make it utf-8 support by adding . "Content-Type: text/plain; charset=utf-8" to recommend.php

In addition, It is better if visitor can choose the number of friends to recommend, now visitor can only recommend one each time.

It is a good classified ad component for joomla but sure it can be better.
Good: it is simple to install and simple to use.
Bad: it is too simple, only "buy sell and exchange" and it does NOT support JoomFish.
