I decided to use this component a little while ago for my multilingual site. Everything worked perfectly given the use of use of the mambot but I noticed 2 little problems:

a) There was an overlap of my site's logo with lightbox
b) I couldn't translate the text in my site's second language.

I contacted the author without having many hopes (after all it is a free component) and to my surprise he replied almost instantly sending me a new version that solved my first problem.

The second problem was a bit nastier so Mike followed my steps almost daily, he sent me another version and finally gave me the solution I needed and all this without asking for anything in return.

This is definitelly the BEST SUPPORT I ever had and given the fact that this is also a great mambot I give it an excellent rating (as well as a small donation)

I bought this extension a while ago after using the lite version on my test server. Immediatelly after installing I had errors and the search did not function. I emailed Nguyen that assisted me upto the final steps and now everything works fine.
A really good produt that does its job and an excellent support. Way to go guys!

This is a must have extension with a fantastic support. It was a life saver for me in more than one occasions. Best money I ever spent!

I wanted to create a simple contact form that was a little bit different than the one used in Joomla. After trying to hack the form for a while I decided that it wasn't worth the time so I started looking around for some extensions. My first try was Facile Forms. Although a really potent instrument it was just a little bit too much for what I wanted to (and the uninstall is not a clean one so be carefull and look at the instructions on the site on how to uninstall it).
After that I tried another 3 products but none of them was good. And finally I got to forme and the search was over.
Really easy to use, does exactly what is meant to do and the it does a clean uninstall (although I don't see why should anyone want to uninstall it)
Now that I'm begining to learn it I see it has some excellent features on some advanced types of forms (multiple dependent drop-downs) that I'm definitely going to use

Way to go guys. Great product and great value for the money!
