SEF Advance
Useless for languages with accents, June 27, 2007
0 of 1 people find this review helpful:

SEF Advance SEF advance is a good and fast piece of software. However it forces you to change ŕ to aaa or any series of letters.

This means it cannot create search engine friendly URLs for foreign languages. SEF by definition contains real words.

If I have to write eetee for été, what is probability that a search engine like Google understands which word it is ? I believe it is close to 0.

SEF advance should be able to rewrite "été" as "ete" and not as "eetee" otherwise there is just not point to it.

ARTIO JoomSEF
Artio is deadly for SEO, June 27, 2007

ARTIO JoomSEF Artio put me straight into Goole sandbox by creating duplicate URLs for the same content. I can't believe it is considered as hot.

I used the paid version and the support was incomprehensible. I'm not a programmer so I was not able to understand anything they told me.

I've wasted weeks, maybe months because of their piece of software. Furthermore, it slowed down my website a lot.

I feel it made me loose money because my website could have never gotten indexed using Artio.

It's worse than bad.
