Sorry mate. You posted your question, and two days later on you stated you removed the component on your site, so i suggested no help was needed. Just take a look at the forum, and you see that help is out almost instantaniously. Pitty you write this review this way. Serverstat was a hard job and supporting the community is something i put in much effort.

Also take a closer look about your complaint the forum is of no help. Serverstat holds some features to resolve offline server status handling, that most of the times are explained with firewalls that are in place. I gladly am willing to help, just reach out in the forum and you will get all the help needed.
