I have to give this one 5 out of 5. I am a new user of jTips this month - set-up was a breeze, it does what it sets out to do very well, and support seems to be out of this world. Very responsive and knowledgable. Requests for future enhancements also taken on board positively. I have quickly become a big fan and recommend this one to all who are looking for this kind of thing.

I had been scanning the possible options for a nice and easy option for a non-technical person to add forms to my Joomla site. I just couldn't find one that could do the job - I even started looking at other CMS's (as much as Joomla means the world to me!) to see what they could offer. Then I found RS Forms - Absolutely Awesome!!!! It does everything I want (the basics!) but also seems to have some many possibilities and options for the advanced user too. Great thing is, if you don't NEED to have the advanced stuff, you don't NEED to worry about. It can do you a simple job perfectly well. Well done guys!

I've found Reservation Manager to be a very polished product - and what is so critical too, has a brilliant support team 'behind the scenes' - I've only had to call on them a couple of times with queries, but response rate and content had been unbeatable. The core component seems very robust and feature pack. A couple of limitations I've noted for my own purposes but I know these are 'work in progress' for the next version which looks like it will be totally awesome. Those limitations certainly weren't enough though to stop me going ahead with the current version and I'm so glad I did. It's handling my Cayman Islands vacation rentals a treat.

I also needed some 'slightly different' functionality too and the custom work was undertaken for me quickly and accurately - all at a totally reasonable fee too covering no doubt the hours of head-scratching code tweaking that was needed.....

Great job! webformatique has something special here. It's already great - but I can see it's really going places too - I can't wait for the next version!!

Very pleased with this one. Installation was a breeze, functionality is good.

Above all this, the customer support was totally awesome - response rates first class and response quality first class (the only issues I had were particular to the fairly unique messing about I was doing with my Joomla installation and UHP2 but were quickly dealt with). Totally impressed!

It also seems this extension is very well looked after being updated and improved on a fairly regular basis - I do hope it makes the jump to Joomla 1.5 when all is stable with that - If it doesn't I'd recommend it anyway in legacy mode if that's possible (haven't tried!).
