Forms are created seamlessly, you can even submit the form - but there are no db tables to store the data submitted. A already said - "The table '0' already exists, please give a different name."

Well, neither does the table '0' exist, nor can you create another table.

Extended Ratings and Reviews incorporates all one can expect from a versatile rating program. The only hack into the code was to globally change the charset to UTF-8 and replace 'htmlentities' to 'htmlspecialchars' in order for the rating categories a the Thankyou message to appear also in non-Latin languages.

I also believe this component of Marco has great future. Downloaded it yesterday, and today my fellow people have a full-fledged Alberghi translated into Bulgarian and available in two version - cp1251 and utf-8.
