The extension is just what i was looking for and from other feedback i had no problem pulling my wallet out for this one.

I made a stupid mistake and couldn't get it to run at first ... dthdevelopment not only offered advice but also directly accessed the component to test it and confirm my first thoughts. I should have watched the video tutorial.

Keep in mind that the drop down menu that appears when clicking on 'registration management' does not contain your events. You need to click 'NEW'before your events will apear.

By now you no doubt can see that this component is highly rated. For people wanting support for repeated events within AE here is what i did.

I downloaded a plugin for excel that builds and produces sql statement files. I could create the table in excel using the nifty date features of excel and export it to the database. Ten minute job to create the booking shell for 1 year.

jos_events_sessions is the only table i updated and it worked fine for me.

You should know that unless you plan on having to open and edit files ... then this component is ONLY good for classroom type bookings. I bought it for use as a hotel room booker and it doesn't cut it. Within 1 hour of purchase i emailed the owner expressing my disillusionment ... they were less than helpful to me.

If this product had a demo !! I wouldn't have wasted $NZ130 !!
