I've purchased this extension awhile ago...and i'm still waiting for updates, the last proper updates i think which is around 2 years ago. The support in the forum is terrible. There are better realty components out there, such as ezrealty (support is perfect there) or cmsrealty(free)

As an ex hotproperty user, i was looking for a component that is powerful and simple to use. I was thinking of using Open realty until i stumble on this gem. This component has PayPal IPN enabled to automate the paid listings process
and 2 sales levels allow you to charge for upgrades from free listings to "premium" and "featured" listings, which are missing from HP. The support by Kathy is excellent, the best i've seen from a commercial software vender so far, every emails get answered by her in the same day. I was told that there will be a CB integration in the next release. This will allow the users to harness CB's profiling system - the plugin lists all of a member's listings in their CB profile area. So, if site visitors like a particular property listed by someone, they'll be able to see what other properties they have listed by going to their profile. The only advantage that i can see HP has over EZ Realty is the ability to add extra unlimited fields, but i hope Kathy can code that in someday.
