I didn't know that this thing excisted until i found it here. This is great as I have been trying to edit code to everything to work. This thing makes my life so much easier.

Nice to see a company that communicates with their customers. I downloaded and tested this extention a while back and tested it on my development system. That worked fine so i bought the product and was happy as ever.

Now I uploaded it all to my webhost and suddenly it didn't work. Emailed the support and they responded very quick (the support is top notch) and the conclution was that my host was not willing to make a small change to my htaccess file. So i was stuck unless i could change hosts. This was not a component issue it was my host. Without even asking the FlickUrPic Team suggested that they give me a refund until I could decide what to do. I had the refund within the hour.

Now a week later I have changed hosts as I really wanted this component and I have again bought the component and now I'm happy and everything works.

I know a couple of comapnies that could learn one or two things from these people.
