Given all the glowing reviews above I was expecting better. The appearance is reasonable but not great (could use a graphic designers eye). There are only 4 color choices to choose from so it's not really customizable given that there are a lot of different color schemes out there. Interestingly both of the above could be remedied if they provided it with the flash files but they don't. Not worth the price in my opinion but would be OK for a free component. If it came with the ability to customize the look I would happily pay for it as it would save me reinventing the wheel.

In summary:

If you don't have a specific look going for your site or you can build the look of your site around this component then it might fit and work well for you.

If your trying to fit this into a site with a defined color scheme you'll be frustrated.
