gigCalendar Addon FrontEnd
 FINALLY!!!!, June 23, 2006

gigCalendar Addon FrontEnd This component has been on many a GigCalendar user's wishlist for a very looong time, uncluding on mine.

Installation went smooth, next step was to add a component link to the menu. The dev thought of other things to. after installation you get a few simple instructions on how to add menuitems for various functions like view bands, view venues, add band, add venue, show own submissions, etc.

The dev even thought of adding some more functionality even. It is now possible to categorize your gigs (not required though) and to enter a genre for the bands.

I gave this component 4 stars, because even though this component leaves little to be desired, it's too bad that it isn't possible to view all bands/gigs in a genre, or to show gigs by city and/or state. I would also like to have the option to disable the "Add New Category" link in the "Add new gig" dialog.

However, this is only a first release and if i could give 4.75 stars, i would have because it is already that good!
