For the price, this import/export straight from the sobi2 developers gives excellent value. You can use this plugin to migrate from another directory component (for example, Mosets Tree), or purely for backup purposes. The exported CSV will allow you to manipulate the data in ways only limited by your imagination and knowledge. Detailed configuration options are available, and a full pdf manual is provided to help and guide you along the way. Of course, you could also use this to migrate *away from* SOBI2, but I can't imagine why anyone would do such a thing...

The developers are friendly, knowledgeable, *and* professional. Those traits are a very rare combination! I use SOBI2 for many of my projects and continue to be amazed by its versatility and robustness.

Works mostly OK with decent support. However, I would recommend checking out the free alternatives that are available (sh404SEF for example) before splashing out 40 Euros for this as it's quite a premium. I would have given a higher rating had the developer(s) replied about status of a problem I had (http://www.sakic.net/forum/sef_advance/smf_quote_function_not_working-t357.0.html) -- there has been no response on this since October 2007.

Easily *the* best guestbook out, for now... and I've tried them all (as far as this extensions site goes). thumbs up!
