It takes a lot to wow me. But it does happen.

Azrul's My Blog does it.

It has almost everything I want in a blog script.

- I'm not a techie, so I needed it to install easily; it did.

- I wanted it to integrate with my Joomla template; it does. Seamlessly.

- I wanted it to be able to intuitively navigate its interface; I can.

- I wanted tags and a tag cloud; got 'em.

Was it slam dunk easy for me?

No. But it didn't matter. Why? Because the support is unbelievably good. In fact, it's the support that made me say "wow!"

I submitted a ticket because I wasn't absolutely positive I'd installed it right. It looked good, but I needed a little hand-holding. Not to worry; Mark gave me the answer I needed.

As I continued to use it, I had more questions. All the time, Support (Mark) was there, courteous to a fault, expertly knowledgeable, and ready to help. In fact, in one instance, he didn't just tell me how to do a small tweak I needed. With my permission, he went into the back end and did the tweak himself.

A class act all the way around; and my understanding is that they are continuously developing the product; so you can watch for new releases periodically.

This gets great marks on the product itself and extreme praise on the support side.

A great way to run a company.
