mfDockMenu
 GREAT!, February 28, 2008

mfDockMenu I tried all of the "fish/dock" effect modules (all of the free ones at least) several of which are not 1.5 compatible.
this one is THE ONLY one that worked inmediatley after install (no need to search for forum assistance, figure out how anything)
just replace the images, (if you want to) and GO!!!!
thanks so much!

JACLPlus
Trashed my site even after trial, January 25, 2008
6 of 6 people find this review helpful:

hi.
I am NOT new to joomla. I followed every instruction, set up a trial site and things seemed to be all right. Tried it on the production site and bang! I was unable to do anything any more.
I uninstalled it, but the component does not "go quietly". Ended up doing the whole installation again.
The system is not hard, but to my view, it should not be installed in production sites: too many variables can go wrong.
Also, you will need a patch for every upgrade and not all components are supported.
Beware also, if you site is in another language... it changes everything back into english.
To add up: it went down and took a good site with it. I hope it does not take my client as well.

Blank Module v3.2
Simple and great!, January 22, 2008

Blank Module v3.2 I needed to add a javascript line to a module. I downloaded Blanck module, uploaded to my site, and in less than five minutes I had my new module up and running.
Its perfect, simple and small
thanks you so much!
