 Good approach, poor execution, bad support, January 26, 2008

FireBoard Forum Started with Joomlaboard, avoiding SMF after it was announced that there would be no brdge of 1.5. Then JB vanished and had to switch to FB. It was on about the same level as JB for the first two releases and seemed more interested in adding features than getting the basics working. The appearance of the back end keeps changing, oh well I suppose that is more fun to do than debug!
1.0.4 was the best they achieved but 1.0.4 is a nega problem and you really need friendly support, forget it! If you cannot see your problem but they think it is answered elsewhere they delete your question without telling you.

The arrogance of support is unbelievable, so unless you can use the right technospeak they do not seem willing to help you. This is the worst support of any extension I have experienced!
