ChronoForms
THE Gold Standard for Form Submission, Tracking, and Storage!, April 10, 2008

ChronoForms It's been awhile since I've been outright overjoyed about a new Joomla extension, even with all the neat extensions emerging for Joomla! 1.5.

ChronoEngine's ChronoForms is a vastly superior form handling solution, and I strongly recommend it over the other entries in this field. Nothing else comes close for flexibility, ease of use, and back-end organization.

Yes, it's "commercial". But the paltry $25 fee allows up to five domain installs, and is a preposterously low price given the power it puts at your fingertips.

Major mega-kudos to a commercial 3PD who has made this incredible Enterprise-class extension available at a consumer/small-business price! This is the example that all commercial 3PDs should follow.

JoomlaStats
Excellent! Does what it claims, and more!, January 7, 2007

JoomlaStats The ONLY ad caveat with this extension is the obvious fact that it adds a lot of weight to your pages' mySQL queries and a lot of "fat" to your database.

If you've got the horsepower to spare, you're doing yourself a disservice if you're not running this solution alongside, or as a substitute for, your existing analytics solution of choice.

If you're new, you'll notice over time that most Analytics solutions "miss" some important data, or over/under report bots, spiders, and other automated accesses.

JoomlaStats comes as close as anything I've ever seen to getting *everything*. I run it alongside Google Analytics, and Urchin on my server to obtain the most complete possible picture of my logistical terrain.

Moreover, JoomlaStats' admin interface is attractive and convenient, in additon to being powerful and complete, giving me my preferred "first-glance" at statistics.
