joomlaXplorer
 Don't Joomla!...without JoomlaXplorer, September 1, 2006

joomlaXplorer This is the Ultimate utility for any Joomla! site. I have been using this for about five months, and cannot begin to explain how useful and important JoomlaXplorer is to managing a Joomla! site. Try it...you will be hooked.

Acajoom News
Phenominal...A Must Have For Your Site, July 27, 2006

Acajoom News I have been playing with just about every newsletter and/or subscription extention available for months. I was just settling on Letterman (after struggling with inconsistencies in Anjel) when this popped up as HOT on the list. So...I though what the heck, give it a try. WOW!!!

This program is great to say the least. It has fewer glitches than all of the others put together. There are a few tweaks it could use, but all in all...it is too cool to just write about...you need to try it. You will not be disappointed.

XHTMLSuite
Product very good, support needs overhaul, July 12, 2006
1 of 1 people find this review helpful:

XHTMLSuite When I purchased this software in August 2005, I had to wait 3 days for my domain license because the developer had the flu. Okay, I'll be understanding, no problem, everyone gets sick at least one time in their life, I can wait to use my new tool. The license arrived (via email), it installed perfectly, and I can say that the editor was the best available at that time.

Now for the problem...

After 10 years with the same hosting provider, I had to switch to a new company in December 2005.

Here is where the XHTMLSuite developer does not understand customer support...

I emailed at least 5 times asking for a new license because I modified my domain name when I switched hosts. Finally the developer responded with a big NO. He did not offer any solution to help (or even suggest to charge me to change the license). So, I am stuck with another tax write-off and an unusable piece of software.

It is too bad that this developer does not understand how important customer service really is. After 26+ years in the computer industry, I have seen many companies close their doors because of lack of customer support and understanding.
