I was initially very impressed by the way this looks and integrates immediately into the site. However there are quite a few tweaks you need to do as well as making visits to the forum to find stuff out. I started to get spam straight away and the spam component is separate, needing several hacks to be made. Then the 'Mail a friend' option didn't work so regrettably I have uninstalled it. It's a shame - maybe if the developer really sorted it out he could sell it as a top-class product. Maybe its OK if you like lots of hacking.

This little module does a fantastic job of providing a horizontal log-in at the top of my website www.dramagames.net. Chris produced a special skin for the Hivemind template which I use, but it is fully customisable.

I'm only a newbie to Joomla. I downloaded and installed this component with no problem and soon created a backup of my site which was on my laptop. I uploaded the backup to my site, following the instructions but had problems restoring it to the new location. After a dozen or so polite emails from support, they kindly went into my site and finished it all for me. Fantastic support - I moved the site from my laptop to the web intact.
