Jumi
 Simply Brilliant, June 23, 2007

Jumi I found a simple php script on the net to allow creation of email accounts via Cpanel for my clients domain from (www.zubrag.com/scripts/cpanel-create-email-account.php).

Using Jumi I was able to implement this script in a matter of minutes, then using Joomla's default publishing access systems was able to restrict access to the module to "Special" meaning normal registered users couldn't use it only Managers or better.

Thanks Guys - This is SIMPLY BRILLIANT and now opens endless possibilities for me and will make it even more powerful/secure when I add the JACL component to the site.....

I'm Excited!!!

JPromoter v.2 - Joomla SEO Great Tool (SEF)
Frustrating at First - But worth it, May 27, 2007

JPromoter v.2 - Joomla SEO Great Tool (SEF) At first I found this component very frustrating and posted some comments in JPromoter's forum of which I don't appologise for. In fairness though once I figured out where the Sef URL errors where coming from and how to fix them, I admit and can see that JPromoter will be the leader in SEO in time.

I've tried other SEO components on some of my other sites both paid and free but JPromoter is in my opinion is self contained and not invasive on code replacements which some of the other SEO's require to function. This is a big plus, because some other SEO components require core pages to be hacked, this inturn can lead to conflicts with other components/modules etc...

Now my only complaint is that a paid component should have credible Help files or documentation but alas, like many other paid components JPromoter is not alone in this short coming. And despite my unfavorable comments in JPromoters Forum, I have to admit that Sergey was reasonabally quick to offer help.
