RSads! - Classified Ads Component What support? There is no way to contact the developer! Hardly anyone is on the forum, no one responds on the forum nor is there any response from Alex.

It says here "Please contact the developer if you're having problem with the extension. Send an e-mail to alex@rsjoomla.comThis e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it or contact them through their website (http://www.rsjoomla.com/index.php/Product-pages/Buy-RSads-Classified-Ads-Component.html).

However, neither place gets support. It looks like "Lifetime Support" on this product is limited to the "lifetime" it takes to spend the $65 for the program.

From the demo it looked like this would be a great program, but I have been unable to get it to work and there is no support and very little documentation.
