I have never seen a software company stand behind their products the way these guys do. I bought both Jomcomment and Myblog pro, and besides being kick-ass components the support behind them is phenomenal. I had two relatively minor issues and they were both cleared up within a couple of hours.

Other commercial developers should take note of how Azrul treats their customers. The old "sorry, we can't duplicate your problem" or "search the forums" responses to tech support issues do not float for people who shell out good money for a product.

...it seems to randomize the temps and conditions each time the page is refreshed. Perhaps you can add an update frequency option?
