THe install is straight forward. DOcumentation is fine... I don`t understand all the fuss... I have been using the component since one year and no problems for me... It`s absolutely what I expected it to be. I love the features. Graphing, Users online, ip-address, returning users, language, browsers ... and much more.
THis Is a great component!

Easy Install, works flawless. Backing up of Website - EASY. Backing up of DB - EASY. I love those one click solutions. The fact that you can define the path where you want to backup to is awesome. I had been looking for quite some time for a similar Component but this one absolutely get`s my vote and a Excellent Rating. THX for building this component guys. It makes it so much easier to work with joomla for us!

CiviCRM It is true that it takes some time to get to the point where you are actually able to use it (I couldn`t upload the zip-file via component installer and had to upload it via FTP and then install from folder) but once the install is done this component really rocks. The fact that they offer this component for free is AMAZING!!!
