Download - install - enjoy. Simple, straight forward. Adaptable to language needs without difficulties. You can even choose which statistics should be displayed and which not. It's not complicated or complex, but just perfect for our needs. The advert in the breadcrumb is acceptible (though some users might want to remove it).

Simple, straightforward, easy to implement tool to publish the Herrenhuther Losungen (Watchword) on your website. Stable - even, if the server from which the Losungen are drawn has a little break down... Thanks for this good piece of workmanship.

There are plenty of open source LMS platforms, there are plenty of commercial LMS platforms also (and believe me, they are expensive). What I was hoping for was a reliable, easy to use and yet complete LMS that could be integrated in Joomla and cover more extensive needs than Joomlearn (a nice little program).
Joomlalms is the answer and a well balanced compromise:
- It is a commercial solution - with excellent support and quick returns on questions and suggestions :-)
yet it offers a pricing that is acceptable to the open source community and a fair deal.
- It is a complex solution (including virtually everything you may know from Moodle)
yet it is easy to use and has a considerably lower learning curve
- It offers Flash Server video conferencing that actually works - yet you don't have to buy this service, if you don't want it (I do!)

- It's not 100% perfect (yet), yet has lightening fast developpers working on solutions, if there are any problems or further wishes

How I know? Well I had the privilege to be one of the testers. Having tried quite a few e-learning solutions before I really enjoyed this challenge and hope you'll like the free trial that is offered.

I highly recommend Online Flashquiz! It is quickly and easily installed (well, should be obvious, but isn't). Building quizzes is quick and easy.
A special note on international characters: Often a problem, even more so when trying to create a pdf certificate with áä€ etc.... Not with this one!
The mail option and the backend report option offer great oportunities beyond a "nice gimmick".
Last but not least - the support of those guys in Denmark is unbelievably fast and usually very helpful.

An excellent tool, requiring a little patience and practice at first, but giving great rewards afterwards. More important - the service and support is outstanding, fast and reliable. In fact, so much so that it appears to have been abused by some :-/ .... The solution: rather than limiting the support, it is placed in a forum, so that everyone can profit from any enquieries. Makes sense!

We shifted from a commercial software to VirtueMart and are quite pleased. Not only does it cost less, it also is able to do more for us (we like the many different features, such as the automatic bestseller module, flexible order handling- well just about everything)... :-) However, trouble started when we added Joomfish to our Joomla Site .... We got a German - English mixture in the menue and were not able to change it. Once we deinstalled Joomfish everything worked just fine again. Since our shop is in German only we can live with this limitation (and still hope, it will be removed one day!).
