This extension is the best thing I have seen for joomla and mambo for a very long time.

Just finished using the latest release for a complex 220 field form that had to look exactly like the original printed version. PAF handled this no problem.

There needed to be some complex validation behind the fields as this form was for a financial services company. PAF handled this no problem.

The form also needed to be emailed to numerous recipents and stored in a database as a backup. PAF handled this no problem and I was even able to use a email/fax gateway to have the completed form faxed to the head office.

I would like to see the ability to copy/duplicate fields but for now I am happy to do this in phpmyadmin. I guess it just cant do everything.

I got this working eventually after fixing an error, in ja_submit.html.php which resulted in code being outputted as 500pxpx rather than 500px, which broke the template.

Having done that I have found that it does what it says on the tin.

Even though the description says it does work the authors own readme states that it does not work correctly with gecko browsers as the generated bookmark only opens in the sidebar. Please corrct the description as it is misleading
