Sometimes you need to paste static HTML (like Google Adsense) into any module position. Sometimes you want to inject CSS into a particular page on your website, but leave no other trace. Sometimes you want to deploy MooTools or jQuery driven javascripts (like the MooTools accordion). Sometimes you want to write moderately complex PHP programs, without bothering to create a whole XML manifest for a new module. mod_HTML_CSS_Javascript_PHP is constructed to handle it all, while maintaining logical separation between types of code. The admin backend has separate textareas for CSS, Javascript libraries, Javascript code, and HTML/PHP. Paste in CSS and nothing else, and you can override your template CSS and styling anything on the page below the position where the module appears. And no more switching between Joomla and PhotoShop just to get a color for your CSS. Includes a color picker in the admin backend!!! A huge timesaver when you're styling your code. Code or paste in HTML, and automatically strip out BR tags inserted by the Joomla admin panel that produce an annoying double-spacing effect. Also strip out javascript and CSS from pasted code.
