Inspired by mod_HTML, mod_Accordion_HTML lets you write or paste HTML and javascript into any of twenty five MooTools accordion panels. All the flexibility of mod_HTML, and perfect for showcasing a lot of content in a small space. Here's some ideas (obviously, you write the HTML yourself, or paste it in...that's the point of the module): * Make a little gallery: Each accordion panel could contain a set of thumbnails that trigger a lightbox when clicked. * Showcase a Board of Directors: Each accordion panel title would have the name of the board member, and drop down to show his or her portrait and biography. * Give users easy access to your Terms of Use, or some other HTML snippet that needs to be accessible, but unobtrusive * Present categories of music downloads, where each genre of music has a different accordion panel * Give members coupons for your services. Each coupon gets is own accodion panel * Mix any of the above. Hey, it's HTML...you can do whatever you want. The module allows you to eliminate extranenous javascript and CSS from HTML you paste in. Also allows you to set category and section ids that determine which accordion panel should be open when the accordion loads. For example, a coupon that could be printed out for a diamond discount would open on a category that contains jewelry-related items, while a coupon for groceries could be set to open on a content category of grocery-related items. There's a text area in the admin backend devoted simply to the Accordion CSS, so you have complete control over styling. And also a color picker, so you don't have to switch between Joomla and Photoshop just to get a color value when you're tweaking your CSS and HTML. See the demo.
