If you are serious about weight management, you need a tool that shows you how your weight is tracking over time. com_weight does exactly that, and in addition tracks your bodyfat (if you have a scale that displays it). After you login to your Joomla site, your personal weight chart is displayed. From there, you can upload an existing weight table, edit an entry, add a new entry, or export your table to a CSV file. The component is easily installed and requires no setup. Just add a menu item of type "Component", and off you go! Please leave feedback and comments.
