Our VirtueMart PayPal Subscriptions component enables you to sell your products and services on subscription. Products sold on subscription can be sold alongside products without subscription and can be purchased in a single basket. When your customer goes through the checkout, the cost of any 'single payment' purchases are added to the amount due immediately, and the cost of 'payment plan' purchases are included in a recurring payment plan and spread equally over the period of the payment plan. Our VirtueMart PayPal Subscriptions component does not update any core Joomla/VirtueMart files, and utilises the inbuilt product attributes to offer various payment plans for each product, which are presented to the customer in the same way as normal product attributes. The PayPal Subscriptions component also includes a new VirtueMart payment method which creates the subscription plan, and links through to PayPal for the customer to sign up/accept the subscription plan.
