With Sliders you can make content sliders anywhere in Joomla!
Sliders are also known as 'collapses' or 'accordions'.
The syntax simply looks like:
{slider Slide Title 1}
Your text...
{slider Slide Title 2}
Your text...
{/sliders}
To make links to certain slides in your page, you can use Slider Links, like:
{sliderlink Slider Title 2}Link text{/sliderlink}
And many more cool features :)
TABS?
Also take a look at Tabs to make content tabs:

I've tried a number of sliders / accordions. Save yourself the stress & drama, this one had no conflicts and worked. Easy FAQ's and forum if you need more info. Such a simple implementation. Good work NoNumber, thankyou.
I am by no means an experienced web designer. I work with Joomla developing websites for myself, friends and family as a hobby, nothing too fancy.
I used this plugin not only to create a FAQ but also for a mobile site integrating this plugin with the developers "modules anywhere" plugin.
This plugin is extremely easy to use and the support I received from the developer when trying to customize the look of the sliders was outstanding and fast!
I highly recommend this plugin!

Absolutely the most flexible sliders out there. So many options, and with css on top of that you can do just about anything with them. Took me a few minutes (thanks to the .active class) to add + and - icons to the sliders on a client site. I'd recommend buying into all of his plugins, they're ALL great.
This plugin works exactly as NoNumber advertised. It should be the choice of the tool if anyone is looking for article tabs.
The best part of it is super support from NoNumber (Peter). i faced some problem while using this plugin and support response was very quick to fix the issue.
Highly recommended!!

I was testing NoNumber Slider with JEvents but Slider plugin gets rendered as HTML whenever you re-edit JEvents event. I posted a forum support and Peter quickly fixed the issue. That's what I called "The Best Support" even though I was testing the Free Version.
Thanks Peter!
Thanks Peter!
It's a good plugin, not to heavy to install and configure and with a lot of options for customizing. No conflicts found yet, everything works properly on Joomla! 1.7. A gain for my website. Thanks for this.
Follows the same principles, syntax, semantics as "Tabber".
Takes 10min. or so to understand.
Via CSS you can easily tweak the look and feel of the slides (some color schemes are built in).
Another great NoNumber extension. If you use this, "Tabber" should be your weapon of choice for Tabs.
Also check out the NoNumber extensions manager. It absolutely makes sense to use this, as soon as you use more than one NoNumber extension.

I was looking for something that could let me embed long forms inside article, not making it excessively long and organizing them in logical units. Once I have found it I knew this was it. Many configuration options, very good documentation. I was able to embed it on my site quite quickly and customize it via css, although I am definitely not an expert in this area. The final result was outstanding. Very good job!
