Great stuff. I used Xoops in my other website development that had this feature and found this plugin very easy to install and implement. I´m waiting for new enhancements.

This is really great. What I like best about this is that if you only have some materials translated, you can easily handle it without installing a major component.
Thank you very much - this answered a problem I have had perfectly.
I have had trouble with SEF as one other has mentioned. I will email more details directly but in testing I tried disabling sef advance and then the joomla sef and only then did it fire. Perhaps it is an issue with some SEF solutions and not others.
I am happy to provide access to trouble shoot and inspect if that as desired. As mentioned I will email those details directly - I wanted to post my review however to say how excellent this plug in is. Thank you!

This a good tool for publishing multilingual content. I like the fact that it remembers your selection for the future so you don't have to choose each time.
The one thing I do not like is that the description of the language is written in english. It would be better if for example spanish ({spa}) came up with Espanol, not spanish. I figured I could work around this by creating my own to custom languages (norwegian and spanish), but then I'm stuck with English that I am not going to use but is impossible to deselect.

When trying to add a third language I get the error:
(Domain name removed)
Notice: Undefined offset: 2 in C:\Domains\domain-name-removed.com\mambots\content\joslang.php on line 270

Not sure what you're doing there. The demo page has 4 languages enabled.
You can email me if you need support.

This was the best option i found and it nice and simple. The only problem i've found is that it doesn't work in "description" section of Categories in Joomla :( If it could that would be great!
Apart from that, nice, simple and fast.

Yes, at the stage, the plugin is limited to translating normal content items but I'll look into the section / category description text also.

This plugin is really awesome. Unfortunately, it does not support OpenSEF or SEF functionality. If author would add this support this would be fantastic. Please! :)

You may notice the demo page is a SEF URL. It works fine. The demo site is running Artio SEF. A previous commenter also stated it works fine with SEF enabled. In any case, I'll look into just to be sure. But at this stage I think it's false to say it doesn't support SEF functionality, because it does, as the demo page indicates.
I am considering Joomla for a new site I am developing. I still have a lot of questions but this module clearly solved one problem is a very nice and clean way.
While the site itself will need to be in multiple languages, this module solved to problem with regard to content. Very cool.
