NEW VERSION RELEASED COMPATIBLE WITH JOOMLA 1.6
I download a lot of free extensions and assume that I will have to mess with them to make them work (the cost of "free").
But this one literally took me 2 minutes from start to finish. I was having an issue with a free tool from Zillow (hosed under IE9)and this just popped right in and worked. And there is no 3rd party branding! Awesome! Thanks so much.

Good note for simplicity. It is easily customizable when you are familiar with little of html & php (but very little :)).
Basically it gives you rate/installment when you put loan value, interest rate and duration of the loan. Nice add-on when you have site providing some financial services.

I installed this in about 10 seconds and checked against another calculator on a govt site - exactely right to the cent with the same parameters. Reccommend for all real estate sites, simple and elegant
