I installes the module, it seems to work fine.
But after I activated the user tracking, and logged in as a user, surfed shomewhat around to generate tracking data, I did mot find any tracking of that user in Goolge Analitics.
Under user defined tracking, only the user 'guest' appeared. Not the logged in user.
I use CB for user-login ...

With this tool, I am able to see that userID "gooduser" has logged in 10 times over the past month and user "baduser" hasn't logged in at all. Including that data in my Google Analytics reports is a real time saver.
JoomlaGATor! works exactly as expected.

The title says it all - if you use Google Analytics then there is no reason why you would not use this module.
It gives you a ton of additional functionality to tracking your traffic that the regular js script that google furnishes can do.

I download one of the earlier versions of this package and used it for months. When I got ready to do a new site, I naturally came back, this time I found he had added tracking for download and outgoing links. Just what I needed - brilliant!

This mod setup quickly and easily.
Only one problem and I'm not sure if it's the mod, my site, or google. It seems like stats are only updated every 24 hours or so. It would be nice to see my stats in 'near' real-time.
Has anyone else experienced this?

Thanks, I believe this is a limitation of Google's. However you can sometimes get stats as new as just a few hours if you change the range on the dashboard.

4 Minutes since I browsed through the extensions here. In the mean time I downloaded the module, installed it, create an additional tracking profile in my google analytics account, entered the code and checked back to google to verify that is is counting.
What do you want more?
Well a little bit of documentation about the additional parameters in the module would be cool. ;) Cause It sounds interesting, but I'm not sure what it is.
But anyway. Highly recommended!!

Google Analytics isn't very hard to integrate and this module is simple and does the job as it should.

Works with 1.51 stable. Just upload, enter only your UACCT code, activate the module and thats it!

Installation was easy and it works perfect in 1.5rc3 without legacy mode.
There was only one problem: I had to assign this module to the syndication location instead of the footer because it was not appearing in the footer part of my template.
(in the milkyway template it works fine in the footer)
