This module is having heavy impact on page loading. The categories are not shown correctly (horizontally ovelayed, wrapped and unreadable), only folder icons are shown. Same behaviour after clearing cache and testing it with only 5 categories.

Some template CSS can change the look of the module. These cases we can not foresee. Let us know what template you are using and we will try to get a solution
This is a great module but there's a couple of formatting issues which may hit you according to your default template:
If your category text wraps it tends to spill over the top of the next category text.
If you click + to view sub-categories, the next maint category sometimes jumps to the right of the last sub-category shown.
