While working on a project we needed this feature & discovered that the plugin available to do this simple job was too highly priced & features that many users might not need. So we decided to develop a simple plugin with a low price!
This Community Builder Plugin will allow you to display google adds within your user profiles.
The plugin is 100% configurable & is based on the latest adsense code providing a wide range of functions including rounded corners.
Also supports Chameleon codes based on the Joomla Span adsense Module.
Will also work with CB on Joomla 1.5

Version 1.1 Features
Revenue Sharing :
Now also supports Revenue Sharing. Site Admins can set revenue sharing percentage to share part of the revenue with the profile owner. An improved revenue sharing algorith ensures that Advertizments are well dispersed over the whole profile views to get better quality revenue sharing.
Better TOS Compliancy :
Now Advertizments are not shown if user is viewing his own profile for better compliance with the Google Adsense TOS.
Please note that displaying of Google Ads on your website is governed by the Google AdSense Policy. We will not be responsible if Ads do not show on your site because your site is in violation of the policy.

I installed the plugin understanding that adverts would be placed on CB author pages. Yes adverts have been placed there - however the author of the component has placed self serving adverts (his or her's own adverts) on static content pages through out my site. This seems to be against Core Joomla Values for add-ons and somewhat fraduelent.

We are not running any ads on your site ! Nor do we do that on any site !
It seems you have not changed the 'Alternate Add Url' Setting in the Module/Plugin Configuration. Just point it to any url /add you want to appear in case Google cant serve ads to you at any page.
This plugin is really excellent, it does all it is described.
To many options on the configuration easy to install and understand them.
If you have to ask for sth to the owner you will get the very quick. Never seen such a good support.
