BILLETS - Support Tickets ComponentModulePluginLanguage

BILLETS is a Joomla Support Ticket and Help Desk component from the crew behind JUGA, SYNK and MANGA.

We built BILLETS for our internal use on Dioscouri.com and as a result it has undergone the intense pressures of supporting our JUGA users (now 30,000+ strong!).

BILLETS is simple, intuitive, powerful and clean. It supports multiple languages, file attachments, custom-categories for tickets, managers for each category, is SEF, and has an intuitive dashboard for easy access to all of BILLETS' features, including marking a ticket for follow-up and easy internal tracking and responses.

User feedback is also a part of closing Support Tickets, so you are constantly hearing from your users what they think of your level of support (displayed through our handy Feedback Statistics module on the admin-side).

Additionally, BILLETS is plugin-friendly, meaning you could extend its functionality with some simple Joomla plugins.

This is such a great component! Easy to install and use. Great support from the Dioscouri Team! My clients love being able to use the ticket system and upload files.
I found this while having to use support for another extension. When the support was over my burning question to them was... What support ticket system are you using?

billets was it, and I'm impressed. It's simple and clean (you don't want to be supporting your support system right?), and it just works... first shot, out of the box.

I love it when developers get it right. I have used hundreds of extensions in both 1.0.x and 1.5.x and I have to smile when an extension installs, configures, and works just how you want first shot, no hacks, no templating, just works.

I have since upgraded to the newest version that was released only a week after my original purchase, and I had a small hiccup regarding attachements. The support team responded via billets of course right away, and had me working in no time.

Awesome support and products.... I was so impressed with billets I had complete faith when purchasing my second Dioscouri product, and it's just as good.

My CB avatars work perfectly with each comment (nice touch), and the open tickets module is nice to display on your front page. It dissapears if there are no open tickets if you want.

Thanks for a well thought out, and supported product. I will definately buy from you again.
What can I say? This extension just plain works. It does what it says it will with no problems.

The one time I needed some help, Dioscouri Design was fast, helpful, and knowledgeable. Oh, that all extensions and publishers were similar! :)
It's REALLY nice to have a great product from Joomla, (especially a help desk support system), but boy is it ever nice to know that the authors actually care about their customer base and respond to questions within minutes! I bought Juga, and now Billets. Couldn't be happier!
I have installed and tested the 1.5.1 version of this component on my joomla website with 1.5.7 and Virtuemart 1.1.2 running in legacy mode. I can confirm that everything works exactly how it is suppose to, not only that but Billets is easily the best customer help desk solution for Joomla with many features, clean layout and rock solid performance. I would suggest you stop wasting time (and moeny) on other solutions and check Billets out. Well done to the Billets dev team for a great extensions. 5 stars!

We have been using billets for a little over a week now and it has been a great system for organizing support requests and responding to everything in a timely manner. The program is easily installed and configured to work with your necessary support fields. We ran into a simple problem with the program and Dioscouri responded to our support request within a few hours - they are very responsive and willing to help with almost any issue.

The program works great though. In our website we have it setup to allow registered members to submit business consulting requests which are automatically emailed to our support manager. The attachments area is nice because our consultants prefer to attach documents to help explain various ideas to our clients.

Highly recommended!

If you are looking for a great! ticketing system, and awesome supporting, DON'T MISS this component.
Believe me their help desk is so responsible.

If you are looking for a simple, but great helpdesk solution for your business/service, then BILLETS is your choice.

First I missed the creation of my own categories in the back-end. I recommended it for the authors in their forums. The admin provided me a link in his answer to the howto description and following those instructions it was very easy to customize the categories.

This product serves its purpose.
I needed a ticket component that I could set up and easily make the css changes to match the site-from download to finished product (including setting up the ticket categories, etc) was less than 20 minutes!

This was SO easy, just popped in the component and module.
Then publish the module, and set up the ticket categories to match your criteria.
Lastly edit the billet.css (for me it was 6 changes) and voila!

VERY happy! The "subscription fee" is kinda odd, since I do NOT need support, as most of us would not, but still think the com+mod them selves are worth the 40 dollars.

Installing billets was a breeze. No problem at all.

I had a little issue with a link not opening in the page I wanted it to....contacted support...and it was solved in less than an hour.

So I do recomend Billets to anyone looking for a ticketing solution for joomla. It may not have all the bells & whistles of a professional ticketing system...but it handles the job nicely.

I bought this extension to support our main product.

The tool is very simple to use & the team behind it are very responsive to accept new suggestions.

I recommend it to everyone!
This component is as advertised and works great.

Also, there technical staff is extremely responsive - they worked with me for several days answering questions and making recommendations. It is refreshing to come across a product so well supported.
This is still a very young component in development, but it has great potential. The team behind it are extremely supportive and offer good communications with any problems. They are also very open to feedback for the direction in which the component will be developed.

So positive to see such a positive project, it knocks spots off other support desk components that ironically are terribly badly supported themselves!

I have been receiving support from the makers of this component using the component for the last 3 months and it has not failed me once! The best support system for Joomla that I have yet seen. So good that I have purchased the component for my own sites and my clients sites.

Highly recommended for anyone who needs to provide a support/helpdesk function for their customers or members. Well worth the investment.
Five stars is not enough. Nor is there enough room here to say all the great things that can be said about Dioscouri and this module.
Their tech support is of a level that could be considered the pinnacle for which all others should strive. Rapid response, via this very same component. Very knowledgeable, and very very responsive. Request for product changes are met with open arms and if the ideas are solid, are implemented right away. This team listens and responds. Outstanding to say the least. Support like this, and a product that works so well with no fuss. I would have expected to pay several hundred dollars to get this level of satisfaction. The unbelievably low price of this add-on makes it a no-brainer. All for less money than I might spend on a night out.

I've been searching for months for a decent, solid and reliable Help Desk solution and highly recomment Billets. After trying out several different options, Billets is the only one i've found that does exactly what it says on the tin, in a user-friendly and easy to customise way. It's function is fantastic, and works with Joomla 1.5 with SEF turned on. As for their support, fantastic - personal response with answers that are clear and detailed. If you need a help desk component that works, go for this.
