Hi nemanja.radevic,

We're sorry you had a terrible experience with Ninja ShadowPanel.

Hundreds of others have has exactly the opposite experience.

A lot of extensions that don't do anything complex install well in Joomla and *just work*. This is true for many of our extensions as well.

However, some extensions do complex things that rely on certain features being enabled on the server on which it is running, or on Joomla working in a certain way. Ninja ShadowPanel is such an extension. It takes one module, and inserts it inside another module. The latter module is then output to the site frontend.

The programming that does this requires certain php functions to be enabled on the server, and some cheap hosts don't have this. Also, it requires that Joomla work the Joomla way, but some templates, specifically those generated by the Artisteer software, don't follow Joomla conventions, and this breaks Ninja Shadowbox.

Im not sure what the cause was in your case, but had you simply posted this message on our forums or via our contact form, we would have:
1.) Done everything we could to get it working for you or
2.) Refunded your money in full.

We attempt always to provide good, well-coded extensions, but every extension ever created has depended COMPLETELY on the server and environment in which it is run, and this, we have zero control over.

Thanks for posting your review, but I wish you had contacted us first.

In any case, get in touch. We have a 90 day no-questions-asked refund policy.
