Great extension, thanks for producing it and letting us use it free. It has thought of pretty much everything and is great to use. A++

The hidden gem of the JED for anyone who runs a site with any sort of league on it.

Worked "out of the box" and with some php, sql & html knowledge it is easy to customise.

I even managed to add a second profile image!!
Excellent work man. . . very excellent component!

I indicate the component for all users. .

“Tracks” is a super component that fills an important void for Joomla users who use their websites to track and display any form of racing results.

I use this component to display cycling results for a local club, and although the backend workflow for setting up, configuring and entering race results can be at times cumbersome and a little on the clunky side the component gets the job done.

Front end users are then presented with a great resource to monitor both race series and their own individual results.

This component has great potential and I encourage the developers to continue listening to their users and continue at looking to enhance it further. To realise this great potential I am hoping that the developers have JomSocial and EventList integration somewhere on their road map!
I keep track of RC onroad racing with this component and you can pretty much do the same for any form of racing sports. Its unique, you cannot find anything like it for Joomla or any other CMS and it is getting refined all the time. This latest version (0.3 Rev108) has the workflow ironed out better, integrates beautifully with CB (and now begging Julien to the same for JomSocial) plus the three modules that come with it are awesome!

Julien spends time responding to user requests and answers to problems with good solutions. Sometimes when he is on a roll, he'll even email you with solutions, not wanting to wait for you to go to the forums to check his replies. Now that is excellent!

Easy to install, setup seems a bit repetitive. I use it for our cycling comp and it handles it well. Use new projects for each grade, play about with menus and you have you combined rankings of your bike riders. Simple and works.

Perfect for any sports site - so far have used it only for Formula 1 (it was designed for racing), but from what I've seen so far, the back-end is very neatly packaged and can be used across sports.

Future Version Recommendations
1. Some code clean-up is required - need the msgs to be more user friendly - still get a few sql warnings if u press the wrong stuff.
2. Is hard to use mid-season as a lot of the data has to be manually fed in. Would be ideal if this came with a sql dump as well to pre populate the tables.

Requires some time and patience to configure, but definitely worth the effort.

By far the best extension for people who want to keep track and participate activly on the sideline. The name suggests that it is just for track based competitions. But this is not even close to the real possibilities. The maker is very active and is developing on demand of the crowd. BUT the base of the product covers most of what you want. I keep track of several championship for fun. And like the administration tasks. It works and is a handy dandy tool that is at the beginning of a great lifecycle within my own sites. Try you like it.
