I love it. Does what it needs to do and you can add extra fields for contact information. I really think it should replace the already-existent contact component in Joomla.

This is one of those rare extensions that is so good it should be part of the official Joomla! release. Out of all the captcha for contact extensions available, QContacts is THE ONLY ONE that is user friendly and effective. This developer has done an outstanding job, and is quick to reply to support requests, even thought the issue ended up being caused by another developer's extension. Out of all the extensions that deserve a donation, this one is it. If you use it, I highly encourage you to support this developer so we can all continue to benefit from his generosity.

Hi, the product is excellent.

The only issue is, I would like to rename some of the default labels such as skype to extension number? or similar.

So rename the actual labels which are not on the form.

The product is fantastic and excellent to configure apart from that, functions well and the documentation is very good.

Love this component - exactly what I needed. Uses your existing contacts and contact categories, and you can set global parameters which is very cool...

after try several component's for contacts this is the winner, easy to install, configure and use.
Also has Spanish language for the frontend.

I made my contribution translating the backend into Spanish, which i sent to Massimo.

It solved a lot of problems as I needed to group contacts in categories. It saved me a lot of hassle with getting things to work around by installing and configuring the plugin. It is very good.

This is a good extension but the great limit is that it's impossible to create and manage contacts from front end.

This is a fantastic extension for your contact form....it is what the core contact of joomla should be!!!!

Simple to configure and set up captcha on your contact forms.

It's great that it also has a stylesheet to provide flexible styling.

Thanks for this wonderful extension. I needed to add CAPTCHA to my forms. The biggest bonus for me was being able to import contacts from joomla contacts. And handy to have customisable css. Excellent documentation too. Easy-peasy!

One comment though - at first I tried a whole lot of other extensions that weren't great and I missed this one. I was looking in "contact forms" - I didn't expect to find it in "contact details".

This component does what it says and it WORKS! You saved me from a SEF404 desaster in native Joomla, because in the given contact-forms SEF didn't work - see forums.

Great job! I'm using it in my website and is very useful if you need extra fields in the contact form.

For a free extension you really can't ask for more than QContacts gives. Wonderful import from default Joomla contacts feature is a huge time saver! Very customizable (the default CSS file will require some padding applied). Integrated CAPTCHA is good. Still playing around with this one but it looks almost perfect for what I need.

This extension installed and worked as described. Among the best features is that the extension permits variable image sizes and the CAPTCHA is very good.

Contacts are fully SEO and appear in search engines which is really nice for sales contacts or similar.

Thanks a lot for this great component. Some ideas: 1 - Use reCaptha instead of Captcha; 2 - Use "*" for required fields, and possibility to chose color of required fileds; 3 - Option to add more fields; 4 - Option to add more than one email adress for the same contact.

Since Joomla 1.5.x has no built-in CAPTCHA engine, it is very annoying that sometimes the default com_contact can't stop spam emails.

This Qcontacts component solved this problem smoothly! It has its own CAPTCHA, so we don't need to depend on anything else.

Only one suggestion: if the author offer more CAPTCHA fonts, that will suit most templates. Thanks.

Captcha works great and out of the box without the need to modify core files as required by many plugins and components offering captcha.

I would like the added ability to redirect to a thank you page after submission of the form, but the lack of this feature does not diminishes the fantastic job therefore I am rating it as excellent with five stars.
