This looks like a great extension and I'd love to give it 5 stars, but I can't get it to do what I want and that is create the categories like it shows in their demo. I followed their instructions to the letter and it's still a no show. Unless you speak Italian, there's not much help in the forum either. So, if you want it to show categories, I'd think again. I wasted 2 hours trying to get it to work. For showing individual photos, it was very easy to do though.

It would be perfect if developer links are removed, if there is a paid version, I would be interested, but regret there isn't.
Beside the above problem, this is one of the best fancy flashy gallery I have come across.
One downside is that it's not easy to put caption, title and link the individual pictures. If this could be improved, this gallery would kill all other galleries, even it come at a price.

This is a great adaptation of interactive galleries, and I was disappointed when I had to delete it immediately.
Why? The gallery has TWO different advertising links to two different sites. One is too many. It is hard enough branding my own site, and there is no need for me brand the work of others. If they want advertising they should pay for it, in my opinion.
I would happily pay for this gallery if the paid implementation was as quick and easy as the "free" ad version. But there is no paid Joomla version to get rid of the advertising links. You can purchase some of the underlying Flash elements, but implementation is not quick or easy.
Lots of really good Joomla extensions like this one end up deleted because of this advertising problem. If developers want to offer free extensions they should be really free, not simply gimmicks to send traffic to their own sites.
These folks either need to kill the advertising links or offer a version without any ads, in my view.

This extension works just as outlined and has all the explanation necessary to use it to it's full effects. Thanks for building a great extension and all the details to make it so easy to use! The only suggestion I have would be to make the photos on the carousel expandable like they are in the Tilt3D! And P.S. still new at Joomla and I was able to easily incorporate it into my site!
Works as described, the effects are very nice. The only thing I miss is the possibility to browse the picture folders in all skins.
Bellissimo lavoro e grazie!

Fantastic job, great effects...Certainly the most beautiful flash gallery... But I have a big problem, i can't find the way to publish the duplication of the module. I don't know the exact way for the paths PHP and XML. I follow the instruction "at the letter" but without result. If somebody know the real syntax, please help me. Thank you so much...

I do agree that this is a great component. There site and forum is 99% Italian ;-)
Unfortunately the skin I want to use (Flashgallery) does not work for me. One other problem is that I can make two copies of the module but I cant publish the tho in one article (Not with te same skin)
I hope they can help me here further in English...

This is one of my favorite extensions. It combines some of the coolest gallery features I've seen in one download. Install was fast.

Ozio Gallery is a very nice extention. Easy to setup and lots of features. To bad i had to uninstall the rokbox plugin because internet explorer could not display the site anymore. Eventlist calendar module Q has also some issues when on the same page as Ozio Gallery. Hope it will be fixed soon. Keep up the good work.

I created an account here just to say how much I liked this extension.
I was using Exposé, which is very good, but not QUITE there yet (at least for me). I couldn't (easily) get it to work with clean URLs, and it was a little slow to load for my liking. Also, I'm using 1.5, and so Exposé required legacy mode be on.
This one blew me away with how fast it was, and the configuration is dirt-simple (and I thought Exposé was simple). Works with clean URLs, and works without legacy mode. Great stuff.

This one is great! Beautiful. And very simple to install and set up. I had trouble but it was due to the way my server is set up. If you have all the permissions set correctly and you still see no photos, contact your administrator. It'll work beautifully.
Great extension, producing wonderful results and very flexible. I had to spend a few hours before being able to set it up, and not everything is clear as yet. But the very fact that I succeeded, after only a week using Joomla, says it all. Rich support forum, too.
